icWales - Golf: Becky and mates find solid form: "BECKY Brewerton and her European teammates seem to be running into form at the right time in the golf competition they are dubbing the ‘Stormheim Cup’ in Sweden. Given her second outing in the afternoon, early evening and morning fourballs, because of a weather delay meaning the event is running a few hours behind schedule, Brewerton showed she is ready for the biggest day of her golfing life today. She and partner Laura Davies will finish off their fourball match against Natalie Gulbis and Nicole Castrale, taking a one hole lead overnight thanks to Brewerton’s superb birdie on the 8th, and then go on into the singles. Europe trail the Solheim Cup overall by a point, but they lead in three and are level in the other of the unfinished afternoon matches – they would take a nine seven lead into the singles if it stays that way but all the games have seven-nine holes left early this morning."
